Designed and built Kalce, an open-core web app for creating visual workflows that generate AI content through external APIs, self-hosted models, or third-party providers with a bring-your-own-key approach.
Font Book stores fonts. It doesn't help you choose one. I designed and built Grotesque to fix that: one library for local and Google Fonts, one-click installs, side-by-side pairing, and a UI you can theme to the project you're working on.
Partnered with Gruppo Toscano's internal IT department to build the frontend and design system for their new real estate web application.
Idea to shipped: architecture, interface, build, release. Web or native.
Founders and small teams who need one person to own the whole thing.
Plugged into an existing team, owning a feature from database to browser.
Teams that need one engineer across the whole stack, not just one layer of it.
Interfaces built to spec, inside someone else's stack and sprint cycle.
Larger teams and agencies who own the backend and need the front end done well.

Code is cheap now: agents write it faster than anyone can read it. What isn't cheap is knowing what to build, how the pieces fit together and what to leave out. That part stays with me, on every project.
01 — Decisions
Data models, state boundaries, API contracts — the things you can't refactor your way out of in month six. Those get settled before a single line is generated. Then I review every diff that implements them.
02 — Output
On a small project, two developers spend more time syncing than building. One person holding both ends skips the round trips — and the decision made at the schema still makes sense by the time it reaches the interface.
03 — Delivery
Reviewed, structured, documented, conventional. The test is simple: another developer clones it on Monday and ships something by Wednesday without calling me.
